My offering includes a comprehensive assessment of your health at the beginning of our journey together, whether we start at pre-conception or in the final few weeks before your due date. I use kinesiology muscle checking to assess what your body needs from me during any one session. My main offering includes 4 pre-birth appointments, including one for the father – to – be as well, if wanted, and 4 post-natal follow up appointments, plus attendance at the birth whether at home or in a hospital setting. I have experience in both locations and I have always gotten on well with midwives – respectng their work and expecting respect for my work in return. I can help you with access to information that can help you navigate the system and find the best fit for you. I have resources to lend and share freely.
During labour I will be as hands on as you wish, with all the skills I have at my disposal – to help keep the pain levels down, to keep things moving if they slow down / helping you feel on top of things as they unfold, as well as helping deliver the placenta, reduce bleeding and keeping the mood in the room calm and grounded.

I trained in acupuncture gynaecology and childbirth assistance, including continuous CPD (from 1989 – the present) WPCTS training 2021.
Assisted at 15 births up to 2024, aided conception of several, turned several breech babies with moxibustion, continuing to treat mums and children ever since 1991. Also teaching Children’s Wellbeing workshops over the years since 1994 for self care at home. I am passionate about mothers and children taking control of their own health.
