Jimena Tascon

Hi, I’m Jime, pronounced HeeMai. During the birth of my daughter, 12 years ago I had a spiritual realisation, I know then I would become a doula/birthkeeper, leading me to create Woomly (@woomly) in 2015.

I first trained as a yoga teacher and then as a doula. I have continued my studies in coaching, herbalism, aromatherapy, and breathwork.

I offer fertility, birth, and postnatal doula care and coaching. I love mentoring families through pregnancy using physiological birth and hormonal evidence, yoga, breathwork, yoga nidra, as well as visualization.

As a coach, I help women feel empowered and safe to birth at home or to freebirth.

My own transformative birth experiences have made my journey supporting families to have powerful physiological births and postnatal healing, offering non-judgmental intuitive postnatal doula support.
