Hey, I am Anastasia, I am 34 years old and everyone that knows me just calls me Ana :-). I am a wife and mum to 5 kids – 3 boys and 2 girls.
I am passionate about all things pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding. I have an interest in holistic living and supporting mums on their motherhood journey.
My own journey to and through motherhood sparked a strong calling to support friends and family. This is what led me to train as a doula in January 2023 which was absolutely life changing.
